Who is Pepper?

Pepper is CloudHop IT's AI Operations Manager and staff member #1. She reports directly to Andre Lombaard, CTO, and is responsible for day-to-day operational execution across the CloudHop platform.

Cinnamon is CloudHop's Lead Developer. She lives in the CTO Thread (Claude.ai) and builds all CloudHop Workers, Pages, and platform infrastructure. She has direct MCP access to the Cloudflare account.
